ABOUT ACS DANCE CENTRE

ACS has been part of the Romford dance community since 1994.
For more than 30 years, children and adults have trained here, performed here, made friendships here and, in many cases, grown up here.
Some people come to ACS simply because they love to dance. Others work towards examinations, competitions, teaching or professional training. Whatever their reason for being here, we want ACS to feel like somewhere they can belong.

OUR STORY

SINCE 1994.
STILL GROWING.
ACS Dance Centre has been part of Romford since 1994.
Over more than three decades, generations of children and adults have come through our doors — learning to dance, performing, taking exams, making friends and finding their own place within the school.
The classes, styles and opportunities have evolved over the years, but the heart of ACS has stayed remarkably consistent: good teaching, a welcoming environment and a community people want to come back to.
Some of the people teaching at ACS today first walked through the doors as students themselves.

WHERE IT STARTED.
ACS opens in Romford and begins building the school and community that still exists today.
